3. Payments, Taxes, and Access

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of GST.
  • Payment Processors: Payments are securely processed via third-party providers like Square and PayPal. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Access: Access to digital products and courses is granted upon our receipt of successful payment confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

  • Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
  • This policy does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
  • For technical issues preventing access or potential billing errors, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

5. User Accounts and Termination

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
